Terms of Use
Please read carefully:

• Transfermate's website, and the services described within, is dedicated to our regulated services whereby we onboard customers, offer them Regulated Payables or Receivables Services, and provide them with Foreign Exchange Rates.
• These regulated services are not directly applicable to you, and our engagement with you is purely as a representative of our customer (your Biller).
• We do not offer you FX Rates or Services.
• You have no obligation to us to use Transfermate to make the payment due to the Biller.
• We do not require that you sign up to our Website or register with us because you are not our customer (you may create a Profile with us to record some basic information.). Any information we require of you when you click "Next: booking payment" is captured at the express request of our customer and/or is necessary in order to process the lodgement from you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy https://test5-barclays.transfermate.com/privacy_statement.html.
• By continuing you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from Transfermate Services; and (c) your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using Transfermate's Services on behalf of an entity, organization, company, or other payers, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to act on behalf of such individuals or entities.
• The total transaction amount displayed is inclusive of any fees applicable to the transaction. By continuing with the transaction, you agree to pay the total transaction amount. We are not responsible for any fees or charges for the transaction that may be imposed by a financial institution or for any taxes, duties, levies, withholdings or other liabilities that may be imposed on your transaction (collectively, "Taxes").
• We do not receive any fees from you for our engagement with you, nor do we charge you if you, for example, confirm a booking and then fail to lodge the proceeds required. Our financial relationship remains exclusively with our customer (your Biller).
• Transfermate does not receive, hold, process or transfer any funds on your behalf, at all times Transfermate is acting for the Biller.
• Transfermate is not responsible if you do not complete a payment to a Biller or decline to use this Service. However if you commit to using this Service and do not make the Payment to Transfermate (as agent for the Biller), the Biller may incur a cost and may have recourse to you for that cost. This is a matter between you and the Biller.
• When Transfermate receives your funds on behalf of the Biller, your payment to the Biller will be considered paid and your obligation to the Biller is legally discharged.
